I contacted High Point Roofing when high winds had damaged some of our shingles. Dustin came out right away and replaced the missing shingles on our roof. A few days later a tornado came over our house and ruined our roof with most of the damage occurring underneath the shingles that weren’t visible to us. The replaced shingles we received from Dustin a few days prior stayed in place and weren’t damaged. We knew we wanted to use High Point Roofing again as Dustin is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to weather related damage and the insurance claim process. He was very professional and helped us throughout the process. We were able to get our entire roof replaced and we are extremely happy with the results. Working with High Point Roofing, especially Dustin, was a breeze! We had weather damage from a major storm and Dustin came right out to inspect it immediately. There was no leg work for us because Dustin took care of everything with our insurance. It made it seamless. The guys came out and replaced my whole roof in an afternoon. The quality was wonderful. I was so impressed by the care in which the crew took not only on my roof but the cleanup! One of my biggest fears funny enough was damage to my landscape and not one plant ruined!! They came out immediately to give me an estimate for my gutter repair. Their pricing was very reasonable. The installer came beforehand to show me exactly where the new downspouts would be placed. I had been told by other professionals that my current downspout set up was causing my issues with my wet basement. High Point Roofing agreed and had a plan. The gutters look great. It rained quite a bit and due to the new gutters and downspouts my sump pump barely ran. The water is being diverted away from the house. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous.

Dustin is very knowledgeable , respectful, is a excellent communicator and was able to come out and help us out the next day. Our family home was damaged during a wind storm in December. I reached out to High Point Roofing to see if they could assess the damage. Their inspection team was there within a few days. They were courteous, on time, and gave me an honest assessment. Their foreman gave us several options, and took the time to really explain the process and what would be best for our home now and for resale in the future. Its hard to fund good hard working people that you can trust and within a few hours High Point had won me over. They completed our house in a little over one day and were so helpful and understanding of the complexity of getting a new roof with 4 kids and two dogs in the house. The workers were polite and respectful and overall it was a great experience. Our house with the new roof looks great they made the process very easy and you cant beat their pricing. Hats off to a great new company doing things the right way!!!
